Ouf! Time really flies! My neighbours apple tree blooms are already gone with the wind and my lilacs are one week old! Lets welcome summer! Stop summer is just starting on the 21st of june! lets relax a bit!
On a full lattitude.
This week I chose to make a non standard sized art square to pay an Hommage to Lord Tim of Holtz (as Karen Mathews calls him with humour). The theme is to play with distress ink. We have full freedom on to what to do this time. This is not a problem because I love all things Tim Holtz, inks and stamps and everything. I used a lot of his stamps for this piece and my ink colors are: Wild Honey, Spiced Marmalade, Forest Moss and Broken China. For a border I used my new Martha Stewart punch wich gives me a possibility to match my corners with my borders.
The script background stamp is from Prima and the balloon from 7 Gypsies.
A few metal ornaments from Tim Holtz support the Time theme. Happy creations!
